My drawing software is paint tool sai2 but this issue doesn't seem to have anything to do with that program, since my settings in there didn't change at all. I also tried using the Tablet Pressure Curve Tool but that didn't seem to do anything. I tried replacing my pen nib too, since it was really worn down, but that also didn't fix it.

When I press down, it hits max pressure really easily ( even with the tip firmness in the Tablet Properties at maximum) and pretty much forces me to draw at the max brush size.
